Butterflies

Chip and I went into Seattle to see the Harry Potter exhibit.  It was really cool, lots of props, outfits and the like from the movies.  You could pull out a mandrake and sit in Hagrid's chair, but no photos allowed and most everything was hands off.  We had a good time, but we both agreed the Lord of the Rings exhibit was much better overall.  While we waited for our time to enter we walked around the other areas of the Seattle Center.  My favorite was the butterfly house.  It was so warm and humid inside and butterflies were all around us!  Here I was allowed to take pictures!  (oh also in the same area there are 3 boa constrictors in glass houses.....Chip kicked me as I was looking at them and I almost had to be peeled off the ceiling...thanks Chip!!)

 

The ones that are called owls(for obvious reasons on the outside) had the most brilliant blue flip side.  They moved so fast, the blue could only be caught on video.  Enjoy!
