Return to Mount Margret

It was a gorgeous day....total blue skies....a bit windy....a bit chilly...but a great day for another snow shoe adventure.  We didn't feel like driving forever, so we returned to Mount Margret as we didn't make it to the top last time.  After the first mile it was straight up to the top....ok ok there were long switchbacks but up, up, up is what it was.  No breaks, no flat areas.  But SO worth it once you got to the top.  Elevation was about 5100 feet so we got great views.  With there being no real clouds in the sky we were able to see Mt McKinley!  Love that mountain! Joining us today was Monika with her 6 month old puppy, Bella.  We had a great time!
