Our first stop was Cabo and what a beautiful place. We went aboard the catamaran called the Tropicana and went snorkeling at Chileno Bay. We saw a parrot fish that was HUGE and it so nicely rolled on it's side so we got a great look at it as well as a trumpet fish and so many others that I don't even know the names. The water there isn't like the Caribbean, which is super warm and clear, so we stayed in the water only an hour. We did see lots of sea urchins as well as a massive brain coral. Our crew was a fun bunch and made sure we had loads to eat and drink as well as took our pictures ALL the time. They also kept an eye our for whales as it is the end of the whale watching season and we got to see a humpback eat!! It came right out of the water not that far away! Then we saw his tail! It was right out of Planet Earth! The rest of the way home the crew and some of our fellow snorkelers had a dance party. It was by far on of the best excursions we have ever been on!
Also!! For Seth...I took a picture of the wrestling masks that are big in Mexico. I am kicking myself for not buying one for ya buddy!!!!
great pic of the two of you. I'd love a copy of that one if you don't mind. The beach looks so nice. It sounds like you had a great time. I'm envious. I'd much rather be taking a cruise than going to vegas but oh well...baby steps. At least vegas is warm and has no snow:)
